Introduction
An additional level of stress has been added by the Covid-19 pandemic. We are already in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world. Stress is going top-down, with new ways of doing business affecting companies, which forces changes on staff and processes. There are numerous changes to work life and personal life.
This workshop gives a framework to understand stress and to take steps to overcome it. Tools and techniques to manage stress are given in 3 ways:
- How to de-stress when you are already feeling
- How to increase your immunity to stress, so you are affected less often, and
- How to use positivity to motivate yourself and be resilient.
Course Objectives
At the end of this workshop, the participants will:
- Be able to de-stress when they are already feeling stressed.
- Increase their immunity to stress, so they are affected less.
- Have 13 ways to build their firewall of positivity.
- Have 13 ways to counter negative thoughts.
Methodology
This Live Online / Virtual Training session will be conducted via a Live Streaming Platform in which the trainer will use interactive lecture and slide presentation to cover the modules stated below.
