What is HRDC?
HRDC is only claimable for Malaysian companies, but our courses are still for everyone
HRD Corp is responsible for driving Malaysia’s talent development aspirations through the collection of levy from employers and the funding of training and development programmes for the Malaysian workforce. In recent years the HRDC have evolved their mission to also include driving employment and industrial training placements, career coaching and counselling and developing income generating opportunities for Malaysians from a diverse range of skillsets, backgrounds and capabilities.
Governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001) and under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR), Malaysia, their vision is to future-proof the economic transformation of Malaysia through the country’s most valuable asset – its people. This defines our purpose at work, every single day.
Ultimately, the HRD Corp aim to be the catalyst in driving the development of Malaysia’s current and future workforce, in line with the nation’s pursuit of becoming a high income and developed economy.
HRD Corp aims to aid businesses in raising productivity, competitiveness and revenue of enterprises and individuals by providing them with the needed skills, dedicated to developing a productive workforce.
Registered employers can enjoy various training offerings in accordance with their business and industry needs. Beyond that, they will also be able to utilise contributions and special funds from the government.
We can also give HRDC accreditation to courses.

The Tendencies Model Executive Efficiency and Personality Coaching
This program coaches staff and management on how to understand each other’s personalities and how to utilise that information to restructure staff and processes in order to increase productivity, efficiency and revenue.
The Tendencies Model provides a simple framework that cuts through the BS (Barnum Statements), sciences and pseudoscience of personality theory to crystalise and retain what is useful, practical and applicable. It is most effective as a people development coaching tool to help individuals heighten self-awareness through identifying and leveraging on strengths and understanding and mitigating their blind spots.
