Introduction
We communicate to exchange information. When our readers understand by reading our emails just once, they reply quickly, and we finish our tasks much earlier. We achieve this by using THE 3 little irresistible words in emails.
The KISS principle helps us to think and structure our emails. On the other hand, it enables our readers to understand our message and motivates them to read our emails FIRST. We know how emails make readers angry and avoid making these mistakes.
Within proper email etiquette, we make our emails attractive and irresistible (compared to emails that make people angry). The participants will practice writing in class as this is a practical course.
