Recommendations are clearly stated, backed by facts and all assumptions are listed. How the author(s) arrived at their recommendation is clearly stated. The writing style taught enables the contents to be speed-read and easily understood.

There are many activities to reinforce the concepts of professional report writing. The participants are encouraged to bring one of their reports for discussion on how to write it differently the next time.
