Introduction
Whether they are a new onboard or being promoted from a lower to higher level, your new managers will need to adjust and have a greater understanding of their new responsibilities.
This workshop delves into the four types of leadership styles, self-discovery and the responsibilities of each of the leadership styles. With interactive activities including presentations, group and individual work, your new managers will learn the skills to know and implement relevant leadership styles and how to interact with their team and implement strategies by communicating with coaching skills to increase productivity for their department.
The hand-on workshop will help with decision making skills and enhance their confidence as a leader.
